Narayanan (Nana) Lakshmanan is a Software Development Manager with Amazon EC2 Systems Manager part of Amazon Web Services . Before joining Amazon, he was a Principal Software Engineering Manager in the Cloud and Enterprise Division at Microsoft. Nana has over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has experience delivering software in a variety of ship vehicles like Windows Server, Windows, Microsoft Azure, OpenSource projects on GitHub and Microsoft OMS. He is now all into exploring software and services in the consumer space. Nana is a recognized speaker and has been a regular in major conferences like Microsoft Ignite, TechEd, TechReady, PDC, MMS and PowerShell Conference.

Before joining Microsoft he worked in India for Hewlett Packard and others. Nana holds a Masters in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani and a Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering from University of Madras

Nana is also an ardent cricket fan and follows the game passionately. He is also a strong believer in humanity and giving back to the community.
